This 2010 Ford Mustang is #17 of 50 Cobra Jet examples produced for the model year by Ford Racing and assembled by Watson Racing of Brownstown, Michigan. The car is powered by a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and is finished in white. The car has been modified with a Sparco driver’s seat, 15? The 15? Weld forged wheels are mounted with 26×4.5? Hoosier front tires and 29.5×10.5? Mickey Thompson rears. Equipment includes a Hurst shifter assembly, a center console, and a roll cage, and there is no stereo, air conditioning, or rear seats. The battery, the fuel cell, and a fire suppression system are housed in the trunk.
The multifunction steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer. A Ford Racing 10k-rpm tachometer with Cobra Jet graphics and a shift light is mounted to the dashboard. An aftermarket screen and driver switchgear replace the center stack. The digital odometer indicates 116 miles.
